Branding
What is Branding?
Branding in MediaCopilot lets you define the visual identity of your videos: the intro clip (opening), the outro clip (closing), the overlay image (superimposed on the video), and the subtitle style. You can create different brandings for different formats or target platforms.
Upload files → Create subtitle style → Create Branding → Apply to your videos
Branding components
Each branding can include the following elements, all optional:
| Component | Description | File type |
|---|---|---|
| Intro | Video that plays at the beginning of the video | Video (Clips tab) |
| Outro | Video that plays at the end of the video | Video (Clips tab) |
| Overlay | Image superimposed on the video as a frame or watermark | PNG image (Overlays tab) |
| Subtitle style | Typography, colors, and visual effects for subtitles | Internal configuration |

In the left sidebar, at the bottom of the screen, click "My account". This will open the Customization section.
My account → Customization → Branding

The Customization section has four tabs: Custom vocabulary, Branding, Media library, and Subtitle styles. Click "Branding" to see the list of existing brandings.
Explore the screen
You will see a table with the columns Name, Details (assigned subtitle style), and Actions (edit and delete). In the top-right corner you'll find the "+ Add new branding" button.
Upload files to the Media Library
Before creating a branding, you need to upload the files that will compose it. The Media Library stores all videos and images available for your brandings.
My account → Customization → Media library
The library has two tabs:
| Tab | Content | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Clips | Intro and outro videos | Played at the beginning or end of your productions |
| Overlays | Superimposed images (transparent PNG) | Overlaid on the video as a frame or watermark |
Click "+ Upload files"
The purple button is in the top-right corner. Clicking it replaces the list with the upload area.
Select your files
A dotted area will appear with the text "Drag files here or click to select from your device". You can drag files directly or click to open the file browser.
Click "Submit"
Confirm the upload. The files will appear in the corresponding list (Clips or Overlays depending on the file type).
